Describe the operational decision you're facing.
What to include
A short description of the decision you’re trying to make is enough to get started.
If you have it, include:
- The decision — what you’re trying to decide (buy a machine, add a shift, change a schedule, etc.)
- What you’ve tried — what you’ve already considered or ruled out
- Relevant data — routings, demand volumes, machine loads, or anything else that describes the operation
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of it. We work with what’s available and flag assumptions clearly.
What happens next
- We read your message — usually within 48 hours
- We review your problem and determine whether modeling is likely to help
- We reply with an initial approach, expected scope, and next steps
- If it makes sense, we schedule a call — no commitment, no sales pitch
Not every operational problem needs a model. If we don't think modeling will help, we'll tell you.
